THE cost of replacing plastic pitches at two local secondary schools will be over half a million pounds, a council report has revealed.
The 3G pitch replacement project at Port Glasgow Community Campus has come in at £251,727, while the same job at St Columba's High School in Gourock will cost £270,068.
Grangemouth company Sportext Group Limited landed the contract for both jobs.
