THE main swimming pool at the Waterfront Leisure Complex in Greenock reopens today.
It has been closed for over a month while a new floor was installed.
The pool's moveable floor had been out of action for several years after breaking.
A new one has now been installed at a cost of £400k, with Inverclyde Council splashing out for the work.
Inverclyde Leisure drained 725,000 gallons of water from the pool over four days as the major refurbishment programme began.
It took the same amount of time to refill the pool.
