A FORMER photography studio in Gourock which has been earmarked for a transformation into a bar has been snapped up by a new tenant.
Gourock property firm Bowman Rebecchi has confirmed that the former George Young photography studio on Kempock Street is set to welcome a new business.
The site was granted a change of use to become a bar/restaurant as well as an outdoor seating area by Inverclyde Council in October 2022.
The property is described as having a rang of internal rooms as well as a substantial conservatory and outdoor area.
