PARENTS are invited to a starting solids event at Barnardo's Nurture Services in Greenock.
The session will be held on Wednesday November 29 between 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
It is open to parents whose children are aged between three and six months.
A community nutritionist will give a live cooking demonstration on preparing food for babies and will have lots of healthy tips.
