THE Inchgreen Campaign would like to thank the Greenock Telegraph journalists for their continued support for Inchgreen dry dock.
It’s unfortunate that a politician from outside our district, Paul Sweeney, has to state the obvious about the stranglehold the Peel Group have on our billion pound community asset.
Last Monday’s front page should be a wake up call for our local politicians to come together and support the Inchgreen campaign‘s ‘Scottish Parliament Petition.’ and recall their negative lacklustre submission to the petition committee.
The Greenock Telegraph deserves a vote of thanks from the community for campaigning for a change in direction from our local politicians.
