"Working in the community is my passion. It is great to work with Kidron and be part of the amazing work they do. I love coming to the sessions at the Lyle Kirk.

"We have a great group of people coming along and the most important thing, it is fun, we have lots and lots of fun. It is about giving them confidence and to believe they can do it.

"It is about the connection, that is what happens when we sing, we connect with those singing and the audience.

"When you sing in a choir it makes you feel happy, because you are sharing with someone else.

"Here at Singing for Wellbeing there is a real sense of togetherness and I want people to go away feeling better, feeling calm."
