HEAVY rain has buffeted Inverclyde this morning after the Met Office issued an overnight weather warning.
A yellow warning for rain is in place in Inverclyde until 10am today, with forecasters warning that it may cause travel disruption.
Locals are being warned that flooding is possible and that some bus and train journeys may take longer.
Travellers are also told that spray and flooding on roads could increase journey times.
