A GREENOCK couple whose historic conversion featured in the Christmas version of BBC Scotland's Home of the Year have missed out on the top prize.
Hannah Green and her partner Gordon Mitchell were finalists in the show with their stunning three bedroom conversion in Ardgowan Square.
The flat is within a property called the Mansion House which dates back to 1886.
They battled it out against four other top properties from Edinburgh, Auchterarder, East Renfrewshire and Glasgow.
The finalists were up against a tough judging panel of Anna Campbell-Jones, Banjo Beale and Danny Campbell.
But they lost out to Bay Tree House, a colourful and creative mid-terraced home in the Willowbrae area of the capital.
