THE 2023 Inverclyde Sports Personality Awards is underway and the search is on for local sports people who excelled and made the headlines.
There are nine categories of award and the winners will be announced at a glittering dinner bash in Greenock Town Hall in May.
The net proceeds from the Awards will go towards providing grants to aspiring Inverclyde sportspeople to help them compete at regional, national and international events.
Chris Jewell from organisers New Horizons Marketing, said: "We are already aware of many successes at all levels from Inverclyde sportspeople in 2023 and look forward to another year of recognising the amazing feats achieved."
Nomination forms are available online at www.inverclydesportspersonality.com and can be completed on screen, and submitted online or downloaded and completed by hand.
Two photos of the nominee in action should accompany each nomination form, to be returned by Monday February 26 either online, by email to ispagreenock@gmail.com or by post to ISPA, 43a Esplanade, Greenock PA16 7RY.
