PLANS to build a new home in Kilmacolm are being considered by Inverclyde Council.
A four-bedroom property with two storeys and an attic is proposed for the rear garden of Redgates, at the junction of Castlehill Road and Carruth Drive.
Planning permission in principle was given in 2022 for a house being developed at the site and now detailed plans have been submitted.
