AN INVERKIP man is due to stand trial accused of assault two police officers.
Brandon Lee, 26, faces two separate charges of seizing the PCs at his home address at Glen Crescent on October 28 last year.
It is alleged that he shoved one officer backwards and pushed the other on the back.
He has pleaded not guilty to both charges through his solicitor at Greenock Sheriff Court.
The case is set for trial on July 10.
