A GREENOCK street was sealed off and three people were arrested following an incident which police say involved weapons.
Officers were called following the disturbance on Kings Glen Place yesterday afternoon.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 2pm on Saturday, 2 March police were called to a report of a disturbance allegedly involving weapons on Kings Glen Place, Greenock.
"The road was closed whilst officers dealt with the situation. The incident concluded at 7pm. There were no reports of any injuries.
"Three people, two men, 33 and 37 years, and a 31-year-old woman, have been arrested and charged following the incident.
"The 33-year-old man and the 31-year-old woman are due to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court on Monday 4 March.
"The 37-year-old man has been released on an undertaking to appear at court at a later date.
"A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal."
