ALMOST 30 couples tied the knot in Inverclyde during the last quarter of 2023.
Stats released by National Records of Scotland show that 29 marriages took place between October 1 and December 31.
A total of 27 were mixed sex and two were same sex.
One mixed sex civil partnership was conducted in Inverclyde.
Across Scotland as a whole, 5,634 marriages and 183 civil partnerships took place between October 1 and December 31 last year.
