THE Shipbuilders of Port Glasgow statue will be lit up today in suport of long covid sufferers across Inverclyde.
The landmark will be turned teal in colour in honour of all those who are struggling every day with the symptoms including extreme tiredness and muscle pain.
In Inverclyde the Long Covid Support Group meets every Wednesday in Your Voice from 1pm to 3pm.
