A NEW house is to be built in Kilmacolm after planners approved the application.
The property will be constructed beside Cowden Ha on Port Glasgow Road.
It will have an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space while an upper level features two further flexible rooms for guest sleeping, office space or further living space.
