A GREENOCK woman has been charged with stealing meat from a shop in Inverkip.
Joanna Leighton, of Dalrymple Street, is said to have committed the alleged theft at the village's Sainsbury's store last September.
The 44-year-old has pleaded not guilty at Greenock Sheriff Court with the case due to call again on July, ahead of a trial scheduled for July 29.
