AN ALLEGED drink driver was more than three times the booze limit while behind the wheel of a car at an Inverclyde holiday park, Crown prosecutors claim.
Lynn Kelly is alleged to have driven a Volkswagen Polo at the Wemyss Bay caravan site on May 21 last year whilst under the influence of alcohol.
The 45-year-old allegedly returned a reading of 69mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath; the legal limit in Scotland is 22mcg/100ml.
Kelly, of Renfrew, has denied the charge through solicitor Amy Spencer at Greenock Sheriff Court.
A recent hearing was told that CCTV footage relating to the alleged crime is 'unrecoverable' and the Crown are proceeding with witness testimony only.
Sheriff Clair McLachlan scheduled a trial for April 18.
