PEOPLE across Inverclyde are being invited to find out more about caring for the environment at an event in Port Glasgow Library on Thursday.

Inverclyde Libraries is launching its second 'seed library' at the venue from 1pm.

Attendees will get the chance to borrow some seeds, and take part in discussions about climate change.

The event is part of the Scottish Library and Information Council's Shelf Life 2024 project which encourages people using public libraries to speak about climate change.
