A POPULAR Greenock venue will be celebrating a particular type of music this weekend.
The Loreto Club is hosting Emo Night: The Nightmare Before Easter on Saturday from 8pm.
Emo is a subgenre of punk rock, indie and alternative rock, and well-known bands falling within the emo bracket include My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, Paramore, and Taking Back Sunday.
