Pic1: From nursery children to reminiscing pensioners, the people of Inverclyde turned out in their droves to see the launch of the Glen Rosa. Pic3: Watching kids get a chance to learn the skills required to take part in the sport of climbing is always fun to watch at Ravenscraig Activity Centre. Parents too, drink tea and coffee in the centre's cafe as they watch their children dressed in safety equipment scale dizzy heights under the instruction of expert instructors.

Pic4: These Ferguson Marine apprentices would agree, there is always time for a quick selfie, even in the final moments before the launch of their ship.
