A DANGEROUS driving accused man sped through a series of streets in Greenock and repeatedly drove on the wrong side of the road, it is alleged.
Sarbjit Benning, 52, was behind the wheel of a Ford Transit van as he struggled to keep control of the vehicle on Kilmacolm Road, Belville Street and Drumfrochar Road, prosecutors say.
It is alleged that he drove at excessive speeds and failed to moderate his speed when negotiating corners on August 18 last year.
The case against Benning, of Houston, has been continued without plea at Greenock Sheriff Court until May 3.
