A DRUG driving accused Greenock woman drove in the town whilst more than three times the legal limit for cannabis, it is alleged.
Louise McGartland, 36, is said to have had 6.3mcg of THC - the principal psychoactive constituent of marijuana - per litre of blood. The allowed maximum is 2mcg.
McGartland, of Westmorland Road, is further accused of possession of cannabis at Leven Road on November 27 last year.
She has pleaded not guilty to the allegations through lawyer Edel McGinty at the sheriff court.
The case is due to call again on July 16, ahead of a trial scheduled for August 12.
