YOUNG members of the workforce at River Clyde Homes set up an open doors event to help recruit new apprentices.
The young persons working group at Inverclyde's largest housing association welcomed along school leavers and others to talk about the opportunities available with the organisation.
A number of people who have come through the programme were on hand to speak about their experience, including from the association's maintenance arm Home Fix Scotland.
Human resources manager Nicola Campbell said: "We are very proud of the young people for organising the event. The apprenticeship programme is very important to us.
"Eighty per cent of our workforce comes from within Inverclyde. It is important that we showcase the opportunities open to people. There are great career opportunities here and fantastic apprenticeships."
