PLANS have been submitted to convert a workshop in Gourock into a pair of holiday let properties.
The proposals, lodged with Inverclyde Council by applicants GES Developments, would see the current unit on Kempock Street changed into two holiday lets along with the construction of a two-storey side extension.
Windows would also be installed at ground floor level at the front of the building and another window to the rear of the first floor would be blocked up.
Local authority planning officials will decide on the application later this year.
