AN application to turn a Greenock town centre property into short term lets and a retail unit is being considered by council planners.
Change of use plans seeking to turn an existing first floor office into a flat and convert the rear section of an existing shop into three holiday let flats have been lodged with Inverclyde Council.
The plans relate to a property on Nicolson Street and are currently being considered by officers.
