A MADCHESTER icon will visit Greenock later this year on his new spoken word tour.
Happy Mondays frontman Shaun Ryder is set to share ‘wild tales and improbable truths’ at the Beacon Arts Centre on October 25.
The tour marks the release of his new book, titled ‘Happy Mondays – and Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays’.
The book is said to offer a welcome to ‘the world of Shaun William George Ryder’.
Tickets for the Beacon show are on sale now at beaconartscentre.co.uk, with a meet and greet option available.
