A WOMAN accused of stealing lubricating spray from a Port Glasgow shop is set to stand trial at Greenock Sheriff Court.
Joanna Leighton is charged with pocketing a quantity of the spray from B&Q in the Gallagher Retail Park on January 18 this year.
Leighton, of Westburn Buildings in Greenock, was not present for a calling of the case as solicitor Edward Sweeney pleaded not guilty on her behalf.
A sheriff court trial has been scheduled for September 9 and a pre-trial hearing will take place in August.
