TWO Greenock streets are to be closed for almost three months as work continues on streetscape improvements in the town centre.
Closures on Jamaica Street and West Blackhall Street came into place yesterday and are due to last until August 30.
The restrictions will allow for the progression of the £3.2 million town centre revamp.
Jamaica Street is affected between its junctions with West Stewart Street and West Blackhall Street.
West Blackhall Street is closed to traffic between Jamaica Street and Grey Place/Dalrymple Street.
A diversion will be in place during this period.
