A GREENOCK man has been jailed after he admitted breaching the conditions of two separate bail orders.
Edward Glancy, 49, had been granted bail at Paisley Sheriff Court on May 8 last year subject to a curfew between the hours of 7pm and 7am.
Police attended at his home at 7:05pm on September 9 last year and found that he was not inside the property.
Glancy, of Neil Street, had also been granted bail at Greenock Sheriff Court on October 17, 2022 – subject to a requirement to sign on at Greenock police office on specified days.
He failed to do so on September 11 last year.
Glancy pleaded guilty to both charges through defence solicitor Amy Spencer, with his plea of not guilty to a separate allegation of being in possession of cocaine at an address on Mull Avenue on February 28 being accepted by the Crown.
Sheriff James Varney sentenced Glancy to a period of two months imprisonment.
