A DRINK driving accused woman said to have been behind the wheel while over the limit is set to face a trial at the end of the year.
Tracie McKellar was allegedly under the influence when driving a car on Nicolson Street on July 4 this year.
The 46-year-old, of Dempster Street, had 34mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, according to prosecutors.
The legal limit in Scotland is 22mcg/100ml.
McKellar, represented by lawyer Aidan Gallagher, pleaded not guilty at Greenock Sheriff Court on Friday.
A trial has been scheduled for December 3, while a pre-trial hearing is due to take place in November.
