STARTER Packs Inverclyde provided their vital kits to 37 homes last month.
The local charity, which provides people with packs of essentials, supported 22 single people and 15 families including 27 children in August.
The group has announced are asking people to donate a number of items in September, including children's shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste.
They are short of washing up liquid, bathroom and kitchen cleaner, kitchen towel, shaving foam, shampoo and tea bags.
