THE iconic Waverley has berthed in Glasgow for the winter following a busy cruising season.
As she arrived the new Govan-Partick footbridge last night, she played the Waverley Polka over her tannoy and blasted her steam whistle.
The paddle steamer completed her final trips of the year over the weekend, both of which saw her stop off in Greenock.

She was then chartered to visit Kilcreggan on Monday as part of filming for Borges and Me, which details the adventures of Argentinian writer Jorge Luis Borges and stars Peter Mullan and Alan Cummings.
Waverley will now remain in Glasgow over the winter months, with preparations under way for her 2025 season, due to begin in mid-May - when the famous ship will mark 50 years in preservation.
