CRAIGMARLOCH school will be turned into a winter wonderland to give pupils and families a very special festive experience.
The parent council are pulling off another cracker of a Christmas fundraiser as the countdown begins.
Some of the Port Glasgow school's pupils have sent out a festive message inviting the whole community to join them at their Christmas Fayre this weekend.
Highlights of the event include a Santa's Grotto photo booth as well as home baking and Christmas crafts made by the pupils.
There will also be raffle prizes, a tombola, face painting, home baking and more.
Craigmarloch Parent Council secretary Alison Porter, whose eight-year-old daughter Hannah is a pupil at the school, said: "For many of our children, a public Santa Grotto isn't an option, they have many different needs with sensory issues.
"The funds for our school are vital. We need to fundraise because we need the resources for the classrooms.
"All our children have different and individual needs and the school couldn't possibly fund it all.
"We have had incredible support from the school community and local businesses.
"We can't thank them all enough."

Alison, who has two younger children, Thomas, six, and six-month-old Emma, said: "Hannah is doing fantastic thank to Craigmarloch.
"Craigmarloch give so much to our children and this is our way of giving back by supporting the school."
The parent council also recently raised £1600 from a hugely successful Christmas shopping night.
Principal teacher Julie McCafferty came together with pupils including sixth year Emma Mackintosh, 17, second year Max Glover, 13 and fifth year Holly Watt, 16, along with some younger pupils.
Julie said: "We can't thank the parent council enough for all their support, it makes so much difference to the school. The funds they raise are crucial but it is also a chance for all the families to come together.
"The Christmas Fayre will be a great day."
