MORTON in the Community is seeking a treasurer to help oversee the charity.
The voluntary role will involve managing finances, reporting, and planning for the charity, which operates across Inverclyde.
As the financial backbone of the organisation, the treasurer will oversee day-to-day accounting, prepare management accounts, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
The role also involves responsibility for processing bank transfers to pay staff and liaising with external auditors.
The charity expects applicants to have proven experience in financial management or a similar role, along with a strong knowledge of financial regulations.
Morton in the Community provides a range of projects in areas such as football, leadership, and physical and mental health.
The charity delivers more than 25 programmes every week, benefiting around 1,400 participants.
