A GREENOCK man allegedly drove a car in Port Glasgow while over the drug driving limit.
Thomas Deeney, 43, is charged with driving a car on Clune Brae while the proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood was 2.7mg per litre, while the limit is 2mg per litre of blood.
Deeney, of Kelly Street, is said to have committed the offence on February 27 this year.
The matter has been continued with plea and will return to court on November 7.
