A KILMACOLM restaurant has issued an update after it was forced to close due to a leak.
Punto confirmed it has now identified the issue, with damage described as 'a bit worse than we had hoped'.
The business had previously announced it would be closed for a several weeks while the situation was resolved.
In a recent update, the team said work is now about to get under way to repair and refresh the premises.
In a video message, owner Danny McIntyre said: "Firstly can I just apologise that we've had to close.
"Unfortunately we're still closed at the moment, but the good news is we're just about to start work on getting work done on the rest of the restaurant.
"Starting tomorrow, hopefully in three weeks time, we'll be back open again with a nice new restaurant ready to serve you all the great same quality food that we'd done so far past.
"Thanks a lot for bearing with us, I can only apologise again, but we will be back bigger and better than ever."
