A SHORT documentary celebrating Inverclyde’s cinema past is set to be screened later this week.

Reel Reflections will be shown on June 26 at 7½ John Wood Street, Port Glasgow, from 10am to 3pm.

The film will play on a loop throughout the day, allowing visitors to drop in at any time to watch.

Described as a tribute to Inverclyde’s film-going heritage, the documentary features personal stories and memories from local cinemagoers.

The event will also include an exhibition, free graphic novel, and refreshments.

The documentary was produced by Collective Voices with support from Inverclyde Community Development Trust.
