GREENOCK Morton have announced the signing of 18-year-old midfielder Joey O'Toole following a successful trial period with the club.
As previously revealed by the Telegraph, O'Toole was among the trialists that featured for Murray's side in their pre-season friendly last weekend against Stranraer.
The youngsters has now signed his first professional deal, which runs until the summer of 2027.
Previously of Jersey Bulls, O'Toole came through the Jersey FA Performance Centre and was handed a trial by Ian Murray in January.

Following a second trial period this pre-season, he impressed the coaching staff and has been rewarded with a one-year deal.
Morton manager Ian Murray said: “Joey first came in to train with us back in January, and he did really well.
"We invited him back for pre-season, and he’s continued to impress us with his attitude and the progress he’s made.

“He’s still a young player with plenty of development ahead of him.
"The plan is to continue working with him and, hopefully, get him out on loan to play regular first-team football.
"That experience will be really important for his development, and we’ll keep a close eye on him over the coming months.”
