A studio tucked away in a quiet corner of Kirn village on the Cowal Peninsula will open its doors to the public in September.
Yewtree Studio, located off Hunter Street, will take part in the Cowal Open Studios weekend from September 25 to 28.
The studio is home to watercolour artists Bonita Ellmore and Anthea Gage, who specialise in seascapes and marine life.

Anthea, president of the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour, said: "We thoroughly enjoy and embrace the open studios weekend and love welcoming visitors to our wee workspace.
"There's always a queue of people waiting to see where and how we work.
"I've been doing the COS weekend for six years."
The artists are members of the Cowal Artists’ Network and have both lived in Dunoon for several years.

Bonita said: "We are both continually inspired by the ever-changing waters around Dunoon.
"It's a magical place to live and work and I've never regretted making my move north."
The pair work from a garden studio built during the pandemic, described as colourful, chaotic, and creative.

A new addition to the studio this year is Black Jack, a four-month-old terrier.
Anthea said: "We have a lot of fun here and we hope that will come across to our visitors.
"We can’t wait to put the bunting up in late September."
