A MAN is to stand trial after he denied driving dangerously and causing an accident which injured the driver of another car.
John MacIntyre, 51, has been charged with failing to observe a 'give way' sign at the junction between Lochwinnoch Road and the B788 in Kilmacolm.
MacIntyre is alleged to have driven at excessive speed through the junction, causing his vehicle to collide with another car.
Both vehicles are said to have been damaged and the driver of the other car was injured.
The alleged offence took place on November 24, 2025.
McIntyre, of Cowal Place in Dunoon, has pleaded not guilty.
He is set to stand trial on September 2.
