PHOTOGRAPHS showing Inverclyde through participants’ eyes have gone on display at an exhibition in Greenock.

RIG Arts hosted the event at the Old West Kirk on Saturday, following its Re-Framing Inverclyde project.

The project involved eight photography workshops exploring everyday places, details often missed and current life across the area.

Participants produced a collection of photographs offering views and experiences of Inverclyde.

The project developed from tutor Steve Elliott’s Greenock Town Centre Regeneration residency, which examined the town through one viewpoint.

Re-Framing Inverclyde widened that approach by creating space for multiple perspectives and a wider look at life across Inverclyde.

Friends and families attended the exhibition. RIG Arts thanked tutors and participants.

The project was funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. The workshops looked at places and life across Inverclyde.
