A GREENOCK-based organisation has taken its work supporting boys and young men to a national audience after being invited to speak at a major UK conference.
The Anchor represented Inverclyde at the Boys Impact Conference, held at Bournemouth University, where team members Chris and Martin presented their approach to working with young men in the community.
The pair spoke about the organisation's focus on hope and belonging, highlighting the impact its relationship-based approach has had on local young people over the past few years.
They also outlined how The Anchor's open-door hub in Greenock provides a vital source of support, describing the service as one that can be life-saving for some young men facing challenges.
