Inverclyde residents cannot book bulk uplifts or pest control using the request forms until November 11.
Inverclyde Council said request forms for both services will be unavailable while a new customer booking system is introduced.
The updated online forms will be available when the system goes live.
Once the new system goes live, residents will be able to submit requests using updated online forms or by contacting the council's Customer Service Centre.
