FINISHING touches are being made on a new 100-metre ferry at Ferguson’s in Port Glasgow ahead of its launch next week.
Staff at the Newark yard are busy preparing MV Glen Sannox before she enters the water for the first time on Tuesday.
The vessel will be added to the Caledonian MacBrayne fleet once construction, fitting out and sea trials have been completed.
On Tuesday, the CalMac livery appeared for the first time as workers unwrapped the ferry ahead of the launch and Tele reader Jim Phanco was on hand to capture the moment.
