Our photographer George Munro shares his favourite moments of the week across Inverclyde.

Kings Oak Primary

Greenock Telegraph:

I took this picture of Kings Oak Primary School staff when they made a generous donation to Port Glasgow Voluntary Transport Group. The team completed the West Highland Way charity walking challenge, and thanks to their friends and relatives, they handed over a cheque for £500 to the transport users. Port Glasgow Voluntary Transport Group is currently looking for volunteers. To get in touch call 743150 or email portglasgowtransport@gmail.com.

Maths Week

Greenock Telegraph:

Clipboard toting youngsters will have been spotted around Gourock as they honed their maths skills in a novel way. Thanks to the cooperation of local businesses, pupils of Gourock Primary School have been working hard to solve maths problems displayed in shop windows. We caught up with Elise Duff, Orlah Kirkwood and Sam Aird as they prepared to put their maths skills to use.

John Street

Greenock Telegraph:

Thanks to its shocking condition it was not hard to photograph the eyesore that stands at the bottom of Gourock's John Street in a bad light. Councillors Lynne Quinn and Ronnie Ahlfeld are hoping to bring residents, local officials, and business owners together to share ideas on its future.

The Name's Bond...

Greenock Telegraph:

Bond fever gripped Greenock's Waterfront Cinema when 'No Time To Die' opened to excited audiences. Theatre manager John Cunningham posed up for this fun shot along with marketing manager Carys Knox and duty manager Kiera McSorley as they waited for the crowds to arrive.
