DOMINIC Cervi has accused a Dundee supporter of throwing chocolate at him during the first half of Morton's Boxing Day victory at Dens Park.

The on-loan Celtic goalkeeper was the hero for the Cappielow side when he saved Matt Lockwood's penalty after the break following Andy Jackson's opener.

Ton boss Allan Moore hailed the intervention of the big American - whose loan deal will not be extended when it ends next week.

But it was a not always an auspicious afternoon, with Cervi a target for a home supporter during the opening period.

Cervi, above, wrote on Twitter: "To the Dundee fan who was throwing candy at me in the first half, very classy.

"More importantly, great team effort today and a vital three points.

"Well done Morton."
