MORTON midfielder Robbie Crawford will be available to face Alloa Athletic in today’s Petrofac Cup quarter-final, Jim Duffy has confirmed.
Crawford joined the Ton on a four-month loan on Monday but looked set to sit out today’s tie due to an agreement with parent club Rangers.
But after a discussion with Gers boss Ally McCoist, Duffy was given the go ahead to name the 21-year-old in his matchday squad this afternoon.
Duffy told the Tele: “After speaking with Rangers, we received permission to play Robbie.”
