JIM Duffy says he has missed the ‘adrenaline’ of being in the technical area during his recent two-match ban.
The Ton boss is delighted to be back in the dugout for this afternoon’s clash with Dundee United — because last week’s loss to Dunfermline frustrated him from the stands.
He told the Tele: “It’s only been two games but I have missed it.
"The first game at Cappielow I was fine against Ayr United, I didn’t think too much about it probably because it was the first time and it was a novelty to me and it was fine.
“That game cemented our place in the play-offs as well, so that was a good day in terms of us getting over the line so I was fine with that.
“But last week I was a bit more frustrated even though I thought the team played better.
“I don’t know why, for some reason I just felt a little more detached.
“But I’m looking forward to being back in the dugout again, I enjoy the adrenaline and being close to the action so I’m excited to be back on Saturday.”
