RAY McKinnon endured a torrid time back against his former side at Cappielow as Morton picked up their first win under Jonatan Johansson against 10-man Falkirk.
But the game’s key moment came early in the first half, when the Bairns goalkeeper Leo Fasan was shown a straight red after clattering into Michael Tidser outside the box when through one-on-one on 49 minutes.
It took some time to finally break Falkirk’s resistance, but substitute and former Bairn Bob McHugh headed in 14 minutes from time to give the Ton the three points as they moved up to sixth, while the away side remained rooted to the bottom of the table.
