TEENAGER Reece Lyon struck a fantastic late volley in his first Morton start to seal a dramatic win over Queen of the South in Dumfries last night.
The Ton took the lead in the first half after Bob McHugh headed in from close range four minutes before the break.
Queens got an equaliser via Stephen Dobbie midway through the second half with a great first-time effort from outside the area.
But 18-year-old Greenock-born Lyon thundered home a stunning effort six minutes from time, burying the ball into the far corner of the net to send the travelling fans into jubilation.
